Bio
Jeff Baldwin was born and raised in Paintsville, Kentucky and a graduate of Paintsville High School. Jeff graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in 1991 and received his Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1996.
Jeff has been with the firm since 1996 and has been involved in the firm’s active trial and appellate practice in both state and federal courts throughout eastern Kentucky. He focuses his practice in the areas of general insurance defense, as well as matters involving products liability and claims against governmental entities. In addition to his active litigation practice, Jeff served as city attorney for the city of Paintsville, KY from 2007 to present and the city of Coal Run Village, KY from 2008 to present.
